General

The villa is high on the hillside catching the cooling breezes blowing up from the sea. Almost every room has French windows opening on to large, deep balconies. This gives masses of shade in the heat of high summer as well as allowing our guests to get maximum benefit from the amazing views.

Peyia is ideally placed. It is just 5 minutes in the car down to a choice of the best sandy bays in western Cyprus as they lie on the coast immediately in front of the villa. Slightly further afield (just 10 minutes drive) are more beaches, rock swimming, sea caves, cliffs, the local fishing harbour and the entrance to the magnificent Akamas National Park with its wild, remote hills and beaches.

Why Cyprus?

  • Driving is easy - as they do it on the left (mainly).

  • The banks are run on UK lines (including the fact that they too are broke). 

  • Electricity is the same voltage as UK and they use UK square 3 pin plugs.

  • Most UK food brands are available in the shops in the village.

  • You have free broadband and wifi in the villa to keep in touch with the world.

  • Your mobile phone will work OK and reception is generally good.

Booking Terms

  • A provisional booking for a period of up to 28 days may be made without commitment. This is to enable you to make your travel plans prior to paying us.

  • To convert to a confirmed booking a deposit of 20% is required.

  • The balance of the rent is to be paid 28 days prior to arrival.

  • The minimum rental period is 7 days.  Changeover day is Saturday since this is the cheapest weekend day for flights. (Let us know if you want any assistance finding the best flight deals and we will be pleased to help.)

  • Prices displayed are fully inclusive of all taxes, services, fuel and light, etc..
